1 Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 99ar platform at https://99ar.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as well as by 99ar's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 99ar with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, between you and 99ar relating to your use of the service.

Eligibility Requirements

2 Account Registration and Verification

7 Account Suspension and Closure

99ar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials

Effect of Closure on Balances

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Platform Availability
